yes, I WILL keep on dreaming

One morning last week, I heard the gentle voice of a street musician singing John Lennon's Imagine in Grand Central Terminal. A few seconds later, I saw a hard-faced man push past someone who had stopped to listen, and heard him spit out a sarcastic, "Keep on dreaming."

Why?

I'll never know why this man is so hardened to joy or hope, why he tried to destroy others' happiness. I send him my blessings, and hope that he can find peace.

As for me, I will keep on dreaming.
