the return of creativity

Just as abruptly as it left, my creative impulse came flooding back on Thursday. I can't explain it, just as I could not explain why it had left me before.

Lucky for me, it came back with a sense of humor.

Nina and I had a lighthearted art jam this afternoon. We decided to paint rocks. Yep. I haven't done that since I was a child. I have a fairly realistic king snake started on mine. She's working on a cat.

Rocks. I think we have rocks in our heads.
